Fees are now PAST due!
Spring trip amounts are now due!
Per-person supplemental payments MUST be remitted to Straight A Tours by March 14th, or we LOSE the Reservation Deposit for the Trip.
Thank you to all who completed payments!
The method to identify and settle the remaining amounts due is to contact the treasurer.
There are many Fund Raising activities listed below that are being conducted until the end of the year to assist you.

Mr. Hudson has order forms in his room. If your child has not brought one home please be sure and tell them to pick one up. They will receive 40% of there sales to go towards Spring Trip if Band Fees have been paid. This is an easy sale. Also Candy Bars and WarHeads are also in the band room. Students recieve 50% sales on those. Lots of oppurtunities to raise the money which is less out of your pocket later. Any questions please call me anytime?
There will be Sonic Car Hops every weekend through the end of this school year. Mr Hudson's sign-up list has been combined with mine. Jo Hibler will be the Car Hop director for each event (405) 205-9859.
One-Half of the ticket sales for both the Chili Dinner and FlapJack Fundraiser will be applied to student accounts.

Anyone wanting to get student account credit for selling these items please contact me ASAP!!!! I will be available Wednesday and Thursday. After that they will be up for sale Friday at the Ice Cream Social and at that time, ALL items purchased will go to General Funds.
Putnam City West Magnets $10.00 ($5.00 to Student Account and $5.00 General Fund)
Coupon Cards $5.00 ($5.00 Student Accounts - Expires end of September)
Sonic Cards $5.00 ($5.00 Student Accounts - No Expiration)
PC West Blankets $10.00 ($5.00 Student Accounts and $5.00 General Account)
*****Putnam City West Mugs are NEW and will sell for $10.00 (General Funds) and you can take them to the PC West Home Games this year and get drinks in them for $1.00 each.

Concession Stand Workers: 30 days to go. SIGN-UP at Ice Cream Social Friday, August 13th. We need 8 people at a minimum to run the counters (Home & Away). Please volunteer soon? The needs are "Be there by 5:00 PM if you can" to heat food and feed the Band, or by 6 PM to server on game nights, and have fun.
Fans arrive @6:30 and we need to be Up-and-Running on both sides for this game. PCO is always a "BIG GAME"

Students:Parents Activities under way are minimal impact activities and benefit the entire year. Don't wait to participate because it gets even more hectic as the year moves on. Even though Marching Band is here many of the rewards come fast and furious towards the end of the semester, and then school year. OSSA, CODA, State are a few of them, and then a Banquet, Awards, and summer .... I digress ... Contact Lisa or Melissa for complete details
CiCi's Dinner -THURSDAY JUNE 17th
"Hey Mom and Dad can we have Pizza?" The "Thursday Night Out" is here again. Ten (10) percent goes to help the Band. Please call Lisa (519-1123) for information.

Congratulations, and 'job well done' to all those who braved the garden hose and washed Cars at Taco Bueno Saturday. Total donations were $447.00 in three hours. Please Thank the Parents who allowed the kid's to come out and help make this happen.
