5 or more concession stand workers are needed for each side of the field during the regular season.

Tuesday the 26th, and we will need Student/Facualty dinner (BBQ) picked up by 4:30, and servered at 5:30.

Last Home Game & Senior Night
Thursday Oct. 28th.  No Senior Parent will be in the Concession Stands. PERIOD!

NOTE:
If Putnam City  I.S.D. sponsors the games for the State Championships for football again it is highly possible that other regional teams may be scheduled at the PC Stadium during the playoffs too.  This is "Our Big Chance" to shine for the State's Football programs, and we need your help?

To fix the Coke machine we call Anthony well before game day with the complaint, and in Emergencies No-Later-Than 3:00 PM on game day.  We will try to have contact numbers in Cash Boxes at the Stadium by 3:00 PM game days.  He knows our schedules, and has suprised us by waiting for us at that time.  He's very nice.

We get deliveries form G.P.C.C. ONLY on Fridays!  No Exceptions.  Orders MUST be in by 4:00 PM on Thursday's.  There is a standing order for the driver to call "us" (one POC from West group) before he gets to the Stadium.  Usually its when he drives on to PCO campus and doesn't know where to go.  For any Order Problems on Friday we call the toll free G.P.C.C. number and leave a message for David Althouse.  On ocassion the CSR at that number can clear things up.  Just Work It!

We pick up from US Foodservices on I-35 & Britton road by 4:00 PM.  No Exceptions! Pay by check at the counter so pre-arrangements will need to be made for the check to-be-available.  We "Load-Our-Own" product and MUST order through the account rep.  If we don't, TO BAD, we get nothing!
